Main responsibilities
- Care, care and advice of our clients at home
- Classification and design of your work during the day from Monday to Friday
- Responsibility for carrying out clarifications with Inter RAI-CMH, the psychosocial care and care of chronically and mentally ill people, and the conduct of conversations and recovery-oriented accompaniment of therapeutic processes
- Intensive exchange, also beyond the limits of the health center Dielsdorf, with relatives, social workers: women, the KESB, specialist departments, doctors etc.
- Active participation in the construction work and further development of the psychiatry hospital Requirements:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Career DN II/HF/FH
- Multiannual professional experience in the field of psychiatry High social, method and expertise
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Contemporary IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
