Main responsibilities
- as a reference person Care
- Responsibility and control of the care process of the assigned guests including the care requirement classification RAI Electronic care documentation by CareCoach Planning and accompaniment of doctor visas
- Takeover of day responsibility with coordination of the day team Head of case meetings and care reports Takeover of
- as thematic medium in a subject and thus participation in the group-wide network for care quality
Key requirements
- Completed training on/to the Dipl.
- Senior Caregiver HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care of advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willing to attend these courses (paid) A warm and humorous basic setting Joy in versatile challenges
