For the Tertianum Résidence in the city of Bern, we are looking for a qualified nursing specialist / nursing specialist HF as a vocational training officer 80-100% as of July 1st, 2026 or by appointment.
• Your tasks Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of the learning support on the wards Contact person for our AGS and FaGe learners and, if necessary, HF students Holistic support and care of the guests in the spirit of ours Nursing mission statement and the nursing process Planning and accompaniment of doctor's visits Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach Control of the nursing process and management of case discussions Assumption of tasks as a care reference person Assumption of day-to-day responsibility and coordination of the day-to-day team Assumption of tasks as a subject person for an assigned specialist topic with the authority to give technical instructions • Your profile A warm and humorous basic attitude Completed training to become a qualified nursing specialist HF Graduate Vocational training course Completed further training SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it Professional experience in long-term care desired Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written Why Tertianum?
