Architect/In (80-100%) for the planning of feasibility studies and strategic real estate projects. We are looking for you! With our dynamic team of 30 creative minds, we develop, plan and realize projects in the areas of living, working and service. The focus is on the pursuit of clear ideas, aesthetic design and competent implementation. The respectful treatment of the existing environment is characteristic for us. Contemporary solutions that leave enough space for individual needs are our driving force. Our customers include both private and public builders. In addition, we invest in our own projects with the partner company Alta Vista AG.

Your challenges with us

• Development of development-use planning and feasibility studies
• Conceptual and strategic planning of real estate projects
• Conducting location analyses and assessing real estate potential
• Concept work with demanding representation in text, graphics and image
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards
• Collaboration with various departments and external partners
• Sovereign and professional presentation of the project progress to the local building authority (Western Switzerland)
• Project management in compliance with high confidentiality

Your profile

• Degree as architect Master
• Sound project experience in Switzerland in the areas of strategic real estate projects
• You convince with an analytical and interdisciplinary way of thinking
• The networking of complex connections are your strengths
• In-depth technical and application experience in ArchiCAD and Adobe programs
• Professional working with Mac
• Mother tongue German and/or French with very good knowledge of the second language
