Diagnosis Engineer Pensum: 100% Place of work: Biel Your tasks
- Support and maintenance of existing customer relationships in the technical environment
- Independent communication with customers via telephone, email and digital tools
- Analysis, coordination and solution of technical customer requests and disruptions
- Processing of customer cases including preparation and handling of invoicing
- Examination and approval of technical reports and ensuring compliance with defined processes (e.g. iPDF),
Service protocols, etc.
- Support of the technical hotline and implementation of error analysis
Your profile
- Technical vocational training completed
- Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (TNC)
- Experience with Siemens controllers
- Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Sound electrical knowledge and ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
- German fluent
- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented working method
- Strong communication skills and reliable working methods
- Enjoying technical challenges and complex error analysis
- Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with different disciplines
