- Several years of professional experience and initial leadership experience in high-end retail Completed training in retail EFZ Feel for trends, brands, and styles
- Structured work and entrepreneurial thinking Confident communication in German Easy use of digital applications

- In the absence of the sales manager, you take over the personnel and organizational management of the department and create an environment where advisory culture, style awareness, and team spirit are lived.

- You bring several years of professional experience and initial leadership experience in high-end retail – ideally as deputy sales manager or team leader.
- Your foundation is a completed training in retail EFZ – supplemented by further education.
- You have a feel for trends, brands, and styles – and know how to advise people in a type-specific, authentic, and enthusiastic manner.
- You work in a structured way, think entrepreneurially, and actively promote the team.
