Main responsibilities
- Support of the departmental management and the managing director in strategic issues
- Preparation, organisation and follow-up of departmental management meetings including agendas, documents, protocols and pendences management
- Preparation of briefings, presentations, concept papers and decision-making basis for the departmental management
- Coordination and operational responsibility for governance topics, regulations, consultations, accreditations and academic procedures

Application process
- Operational responsibility in procedures relating to third-party financed assistant professorships, professors of practice, academic prizes and grant applications
- Ensuring a reliable flow of information between departmental management, professorships, staff, administrative staff and central ETH positions
- Triage and coordination of internal and external inquiries to the departmental management
- Operational management of the departmental staff including staff meetings, cultural topics and selected personnel management tasks
- Deputy management in defined areas of responsibility
- Participation in internal communication formats, exchange vessels and cross-divisional initiatives Requisiti
- Experience in a demanding staff, executive support, project management or management function
- Experience in a university environment or in a comparable knowledge-based organisation of advantage Ver Knowledge of French is advantageous
