Role overview

Lead the department in task-related, organizational and personnel terms Create and further develop guidelines, standards and instructions for operational and safety facilities (BSA) Interface function with the other divisions, departments and external organisations in relation to common topics such as maintenance of operational and security facilities, photovoltaic systems, electricity management, electromobility, data management and ensuring biodiversity

• Lead complex BSA projects within the SA-CH programme and lead the internal and external employees in these projects professionally
• Define and implement digitalization projects in operational maintenance
• Take over the management of 11 external maintenance services (territorial units) in the area of maintenance and maintenance of BSA facilities Electrical engineer/in FH or a comparable qualification with experience in data-based maintenance / maintenance and management of operating and safety systems (BSA) as well as control and communication technology
• Additional training in management desired
• Strategic and conceptual thinking, persuasiveness and negotiating skills
• Leadership and project management experience
• Experience in dealing with authorities and administrations
• Ability to create and edit texts in guidelines, instructions and leaflets as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics
