Between strategic planning, statutory requirements and operational readiness: In this key role, you will ensure that all army requisition processes run efficiently, transparently and reliably. You coordinate services, infrastructure and resources, establish binding foundations and ensure that the army remains capable of action both in an emergency and in everyday operations. This is what you can contribute

• Share responsibility for setting up and further developing contract management at the Requisition Office, as well as for planning, initiating, coordinating and monitoring requisition measures in the assigned area of responsibility, and ensure implementation in compliance with official orders and contracts

• Ensure the provision of services, materials and infrastructure for military operations in line with requirements, deadlines and quality standards

• Provide professional advice and support to the head of the Requisition specialist unit and perform the interface and coordination function vis-à-vis internal and external partners

• Manage and monitor the requisition portfolio, including analyzing and processing deviations, and assist with the takeover and acceptance of services

• Maintain and further develop the relevant information systems, prepare reports and decision-making documents, develop specialist concepts, take on project management, and represent the LBA in interdisciplinary expert and working committees

This is what makes you unique

• Completed higher education studies (HF, FH, university) in business administration, public management, logistics or a comparable field; leadership or public administration an advantage

• Several years of project management experience in complex, security-relevant or interdisciplinary organizations, ideally with a focus on logistics, procurement or public administration

• Very good knowledge of logistics, procurement or requisition processes, including contract management, market analyses and financial management (budgeting, controlling, credit management)

• A strong affinity for digital systems and processes, particularly in interconnected logistics, administrative or planning-related applications

• Strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills, combined with high social competence, resilience and the ability to make structured, interconnected decisions

• Very good active command of at least one second official language and a passive command of a third official language
