Role overview
With our agile delivery teams, you will develop and operate central solutions for the payment transactions of one of the largest card payment providers in Switzerland.
You and your team ensure that payments can be processed easily, securely and reliably and that new PostFinance products can be connected efficiently.
The Solution Team is responsible for the digital commerce platforms and combines modern cloud technologies with high-quality solutions.

- You and your team ensure that payments can be processed easily, securely and reliably and that new PostFinance products can be connected efficiently.
Application process
- You embody the agile values and principles, live a growth mindset and support the team and the organization in the application of agile practices and in the development of the associated mindset
- Extensive practical experience in the application and further development of agile and lean practices and frameworks (e.g.
- SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) as well as in agile product and software development
- Leadership experience in challenging team environments and in-depth practical experience in team development and change management
- Team players with strong communication skills, empathy and consistency
- Tertiary degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration and further education as Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- A technical background, ideally with experience as a developer:in, is an additional plus.
- A winning appearance and very good oral and written German and English skills
