- You process quality complaints and clarify them internally and inform the customers about the current delivery status
Main responsibilities
- You record telephone and written customer orders in the ERP system
- You process quality complaints and clarify them internally and inform the customers about the current delivery status
- You support our demanding customers on the telephone or by means of written media
- You support the shop customers and advise them on the self-service possibilities of Transgourmet.
- You support the internal customers according to the service catalogue and processes.
- You recognize, record and guide customer needs
- You have completed commercial training, training in customer dialogue or equivalent training
- You have first professional experience in a comparable function - ideally in the food and/or catering sector
- You are skilled in the handling of IT-HI-supplies as well as digital products and systems (e.g.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you formulate style-proof, solution-oriented and error-free
