You record telephone and written customer orders in the ERP system
You process quality complaints and clarify them internally and inform customers about the current delivery status

You support our demanding customers on the phone or by written medium
You will support the webshop customers and advise them on the self-service possibilities of Transgourmet.
You support the internal customers according to the service catalogue and processes.
You recognize customer needs, capture them and forward them Requirements
You have completed a commercial education, an education in customer dialogue or an equivalent education
You bring your first professional experience in a comparable function – ideally in the food and/or catering sector
You are well versed in dealing with IT tools as well as digital products and systems (e.g. webshop and apps)
German is your mother tongue and you have very good knowledge of Italian and/or French (level C1)

You recognize customer needs, capture them and forward them
