- Recording, maintenance and monitoring of repair orders in the system, ensuring high data quality
- Track orders throughout the lifecycle and actively prioritize deadlines and urgent requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
- Central contact person for customer inquiries with the guarantee of fast, solution-oriented and reliable processing in close cooperation with internal interfaces
- Create and analyze regular reports and monitor relevant KPIs to support performance management and continuous improvement
