Contacts

  • Receiving and administrative processing of registrations, relocations and de-registrations from private and SME customers via telephone, email and online portal
  • Independent, timely processing of customer inquiries on all channels in accordance with operational planning
  • Writing written customer correspondence in accordance with internal standards
  • Maintenance and mutation of customer master data in compliance with quality and process specifications
  • Advice on products, services and tariffs as well as support in passive sales
  • Processing and documentation of simple complaints in the defined competency framework
  • Ensuring high service quality and actively maintaining customer relationships Your strengths
  • Completed basic commercial training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in customer service or in an administrative function
  • Experienced dealing with private and/or SME customers;
