- Receiving and administrative processing of registrations, relocations and de-registrations from private and SME customers via telephone, email and online portal
- Independent, timely processing of customer inquiries on all channels in accordance with operational planning
- Writing written customer correspondence in accordance with internal standards
- Maintenance and mutation of customer master data in compliance with quality and process specifications
- Advice on products, services and tariffs as well as support in passive sales
- Processing and documentation of simple complaints in the defined competency framework
- Ensuring high service quality and actively maintaining customer relationships Your strengths
- Completed basic commercial training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in customer service or in an administrative function
- Experienced dealing with private and/or SME customers;
