Due to an imminent retirement, you have the rare opportunity to take over a long-standing and attractive customer portfolio. They build on existing, trusting customer relationships and expand them further. For our office in Grosshochetten, we are looking for an experienced personality who accompanies our customers with competence, sensitivity and real consulting quality. At the same time, you bring your experience to the team and support colleagues as a valued contact person in everyday life.

• They precisely capture the individual needs of our customers and provide them with competent advice in the areas of investments, mortgages and pension provision.
• They take over a customer portfolio that has grown over the years and continue to maintain trusting customer relationships with the same care and commitment that our customers value.
• You develop existing customer relationships in a targeted manner and gain new customers through your consulting expertise.
• You recognize potential and offer solutions that create long-term added value for your customers.
• They use modern consulting instruments and digital solutions in a targeted manner and support customers in their use.
• You share your knowledge and experience in the team and make an important contribution to the professional development of your colleagues.

Your skills and experience

• Commercial education, ideally supplemented by further training in banking or finance
• Several years of experience in the care of private customers
• Successful experience in establishing, supporting and further developing customer relationships
• In-depth knowledge of investments, mortgages and pension schemes
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact as well as a secure and professional appearance
• Strong service and customer orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to take responsibility and share experiences with the team
• Very good knowledge of German
