Tasks

• Consulting & support with foresight: You accompany private and corporate customers with real commitment in all insurance issues and ensure tailor-made solutions for every individual need. As a customer advisor: you are there when it matters.
• Building long-term relationships: Trust is at the heart of your work – you maintain and develop sustainable customer relationships based on your excellent service.
• Actively shape growth: You have a good network and bring your energy to the acquisition of new customers. Your commitment ensures that our customer base is constantly growing. How can we support you in this? By getting your own customer base with private and corporate customers.
• Marketing & Sales Support: With fresh ideas you support our marketing campaigns, visit trade fairs and events to strengthen our network.
• Always on the pulse of the times: Thanks to our basic training and continuous further education, you stay up-to-date and offer the highest consulting competence.

Requirements

• Experience & expertise: You bring experience in customer consulting or sales – ideally in the financial or insurance industry. Even ambitious lateral entrants: women who are ready to start quickly are welcome.
• Communication talent: people inspire and win – that is in your blood. You shine through communication and negotiating strength. As a customer consultant, you can argue convincingly and have stylish knowledge of German.
• Service is your strength: The field service is your passion and your high customer orientation and service readiness distinguish you.
• Commitment & initiative: With above-average motivation and entrepreneurial spirit, you are ready to achieve great things and exceed goals.
• Regional anchorage: Your place of residence is in the Biel/Seeland/Lyss region, where you look after your customers. You have a strong network in the Biel/Seeland/Lyss region and appreciate building and maintaining new contacts.
