- You are responsible for features and user stories, from planning to implementation to user application
- You define requirements in close cooperation with specialist departments and IT and prioritize the product backlog based on the strategic orientation of the company
- You define the development goals in the Products Increments, coordinate requirements from different areas and provide sustainable solutions
- You empower the platform team to implement the defined scope What you bring
- Completed training or study in business informatics or equivalent training; 3-5 years of experience in the software development environment, ideally CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
- In-depth knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM and SAFe Strong communication skills;
- Clearly communicate visions and conduct prioritization dialogues with stakeholders
