- Bachelor's degree or a vocational apprenticeship with relevant further training in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, creative strategy, marketing, communications, or a comparable role, ideally in an international B2B environment

- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, international teams, and external creative agencies, combined with strong project management skills
- Excellent English communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; additional languages are an advantage
