- Responsibility as a full-time trainee:r Vocational trainer:in for the practical and theoretical training of trainees in the first year of apprenticeship
- Promote and challenge the learning groups in productive orders on track construction jobs of SBB and other partner companies in the area of Bern, Emmental and Berner Oberland
- Replacements of vocational trainer colleagues in the Olten, Central Switzerland and Basel area
- Exemplary role in dealing with young people and in complying with safety regulations
- Ongoing monitoring of learning objective achievement and performance of qualifications -
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of trial gauges at the workplaces
This is what you bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship as track builder:in several years of professional experience as well as completed further training as foreman:in track construction
- Valid ID in the function of Chief of Security:in and driver’s license Cat. B
- Experience in the function of vocational trainer: in the secondary office of advantage
- Delight in providing theoretical and practical expertise to young adults
- Strong social skills, high willingness to provide services and good MS-Office knowledge
