Main responsibilities

• Perform tasks and responsibilities of the programme coordinator coherence Support the programme coordinator in coordinating and coordinating programmes and projects between capability bands Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the action plan to improve cross-capacity cooperation Participate in relevant project and programme supervision to ensure the flow of information in all directions Track the decisions of the steering bodies, draw up status overviews and support the follow-up of the measures Responsible for the continuous development of methods and tools to ensure coherence University degree in technical and/or business administration Several years of experience in project/programme management or in the portfolio monitoring of complex projects Strong ability to analyze and structure complex issues Resistance and stability in dealing with higher-level authorities and supervisory bodies Officer with experience at unit level or Trp Kö desired Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
