- Working in a large production kitchen with around 4200 meals per week in the Cook & Chill process
- Preparation of balanced menus for Bernmobil and 16 family facilities in the city of Bern (Kitas, day schools)
- Compliance with specified quality and hygiene standards, cleaning and value preservation work according to HACCP specification
- Active participation in the further development of recipes and processes
- Collaboration with a committed team and with people from work integration Requirements
- Completed training as a cook, good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Ideally experience in community gastronomy or in a production kitchen
- Enjoying the education of people and providing expertise
