Main responsibilities
- Preparing a balanced and varied meal for different groups of people and occasions in a team
- Producing meals using the time-delayed hot-fill process in the production kitchen as well as specialist regeneration and special food implementation in the satellite kitchen
- Ensuring the quality and refinement of the meals
- Practical supervision and support of our learners in the kitchen Requisiti
- Completed training as a chef EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment in preparing fresh, healthy and varied meals
- Interest in modern production processes (Hot-Fill, Cook & Chill)
- Responsible, team-oriented and independent way of working
