You connect e-commerce with good content and know how a newsletter becomes a successful sales channel? With us, you take responsibility for the newsletter from the first idea to the evaluation and develop digital content along the customer journey. You combine creativity with a clear view of performance and commercial goals.

You can do that.

• You are responsible for our newsletter channel from A to Z: from topic and campaign planning to text, briefing and implementation to shipping, testing and evaluation.
• You develop high-selling newsletters and e-commerce content, continuously optimize them based on relevant KPIs and thus strengthen conversion, sales and customer loyalty.
• You plan and create content for landing pages, brand pages, and category pages, ensuring a consistent customer journey across digital touchpoints.
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure that campaigns convince in terms of content, visual and commercial.
• Together with industry partners, you will develop retail media formats and digital advertising solutions and bring their campaigns effectively to our digital sales areas.
• You analyze the performance of your measures, derive concrete optimizations and continuously develop newsletters and e-commerce content.

You bring that with you

• You have several years of professional experience in e-commerce, newsletter/e-mail marketing or digital marketing and have already managed a newsletter channel independently.
• You can implement newsletters holistically from topic planning and text to coordination and dispatch to analysis and optimization.
• You have a strong sense of sales-oriented content and can formulate complex messages clearly, attractively and in line with target groups.
• You understand customer journeys, conversion optimization, and relevant e-commerce KPIs and use data to continuously improve your actions.
• You have a completed degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing or a comparable education and bring the corresponding practical experience.
• You communicate negotiably in German, very well in English and ideally also in French.
