Multiannual professional experience with customer contact
Safe handling of technical tools around the computer
Team-ready, communicative, open and resilient personality with the necessary service readiness (reliability, punctuality and flexibility in deployment planning (24/7 incl. weekend))
Flowing Swiss and French knowledge. Good Italian knowledge is beneficial
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Grundausbildung, zum Beispiel in der Gastro-, Tourismus-, Medizinal-, Versicherungsbranche, im Kundendialog oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Kundenkontakt
Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Arbeitsmitteln rund um den Computer
Teamfähige, kommunikative, offene und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit der nötigen Dienstleistungsbereitschaft (Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Flexibilität in der Einsatzplanung (24/7 inkl. Wochenende))
Fliessende Schweizerdeutsch- und Französischkenntnisse. Gute Italienischkenntnisse sind vor Vorteil

You are responsible for the organisation of emergency measures in the event of a breakdown, an accident and other concerns.
