Their tasks

• - Creation of offers and failure reports based on internal analysis reports, in German and English as well as
• Decision on guarantee acceptance, courtesy and refusal of guarantee.
• - Preparation of analyses on causes of failure, default statistics, costs, risk estimates, guarantee or goodwill costs
• and report to the Manager Technical Support Spindles
• - Collaboration with the Manager Technical Support Spindles for strategic questions regarding spindle replacement bearings,
• Procedure, process, special cases, pricing, communication
• - Customer advice on spindle and order processing issues
• - 20-30% support of the service in the function of service technician 2nd level spindles, 20% travel activity

Your profile

• - Basic technical training as for example Polymechanic or automatic technician / training as a technician HF is an advantage
• - High flexibility in dealing with the various internal and external customers
• High load capacity even in hectic situations
• - Strong customer orientation as well as solution-oriented
• - Negotiable in German and English, other languages are advantageous
