Their tasks

• Creation of offers and default reports based on internal analysis reports, in German and English as well as decision on guarantee acceptance, courtesy and rejection of guarantees.
• Create analyses on causes of failure, failure statistics, costs, risk estimates, warranty or goodwill costs and report to the Manager Technical Support Spindles
• Collaboration with the Manager Technical Support Spindles for strategic questions regarding spindle replacement bearing, process, special cases, pricing, communication
• Customer advice on spindle and order processing issues
• 20-30% Support of the service in the function of service technician 2nd level spindles, 20% travel activity worldwide

Your profile

• Basic technical training as for example Polymechanic or automatic technician / training as a technician HF is an advantage
• High flexibility in dealing with the various internal and external customers
• High load capacity even in hectic situations
• Strong customer orientation and solution-oriented
• Negotiable in German and English, other languages are advantageous
