• Competent advice and support of our customers at the counter and on the telephone
• Planning, organisation and coordination of fitness, health and relaxation courses
• Close cooperation and coordination with teachers and other internal contacts
• Participation in the implementation of advertising measures in the area of health & creativity (flyers, promotions, communication)

Requirements

• Professional experience: in a comparable function, ideally in the education sector
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the commercial sector, in the retail trade, or in the hotel industry
• English (very good knowledge): Language skills in other national languages are advantageous
• Fitness affinity or knowledge of the fitness, health or leisure industry
• High customer and service orientation with a strong sense of customer needs
• Readiness for irregular working hours, in particular evening and Saturday services
