Every day, around 3,000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland. They ensure that the Swiss Army and other operational and security organizations can perform their tasks comprehensively at any time.

You can move that

• Processing of the change service from the offer to the completion of the implementation
• Creating and calculating modification service offers with a specific service description
• Creating and maintaining structures and parts lists in SAP
• Carrying out the demand assessment of replacement materials and special tools
• Support of the system manager in the technical and logistical area as well as in the implementation of change conferences
• Processing of technical solution variants in the change service
• Support in the processing of analyses and reports
• Representing the individual points of improvement at internal and external meetings

You bring that with you

• Completed basic training as a constructor EFZ, with further training as a technical merchant/technical clerk or technician HF
• Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge with knowledge of the other
• Experience with SAP/S4 desired
• Experience in the military environment is advantageous
• Exact and self-employed working methods
• Team capable and flexible personality
• Flowing knowledge of German, other foreign languages (English or French) advantageous

The range of services offered by the Business Segment focuses on the provision of services for tracked vehicles, archery weapons and the Swiss Army’s cluster of infantry weapons as well as international customers.

Whether the customer commissions an extension of use, the new development of solutions for the benefit of the platforms or the maintenance of the systems or subsystems at RUAG, our focus is on costs, quality and adherence to deadlines.

As part of the business cases, the operational readiness of the Swiss Army systems is primarily ensured with our competence in the areas of project planning, maintenance and system support.

With our expertise in order & contract management, integrated logistics support and system support, we are at the disposal of our customers to provide the required services.

With your contribution, you maintain the data basis for products of the Swiss Army in the use phase and ensure the National and International Change Service.
