You do
In this role, you take over the operational leadership of the MPA team. You actively shape the further development of processes and quality assurance and contribute to an appreciative and positive working atmosphere. You will play a central role in the organizational and administrative management of our family practice. Your main tasks include coordinating practice operations, supporting the medical team, personnel management, as well as ensuring quality and optimizing internal processes. Together with the team, you are committed to a motivating working environment, high patient satisfaction and an efficient practice structure.
This sets you apart
- Completed training for MPA (EFZ)
- Further education for / to the Med. Practice coordinator(in) practical direction is an advantage
- Leadership experience is beneficial
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Good knowledge of German and French or the willingness to improve the existing knowledge of the other language
- Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and teamwork ability
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Dynamic and interested in developing new supply solutions
