Portrait Around 1,000 pupils attend Grauholz School in 50 classes in the contracted municipalities of Urtenen-Schönbühl, Bäriswil and Mattstetten. Cycle 1 comprises around 17 classes at all three locations, with a focus on Urtenen-Schönbühl. All school facilities are easily accessible by public transport.

The school management team and the school secretariat are located at the school complex Lee in Urtenen-Schönbühl. The school management team includes the school management of the three cycles and a school management assistant in cycle 2, the school management MR and the management of the day school. The team is led by the Head of Education.

Tasks

You take over the pedagogical and administrative-organizational leadership of Cycle 1 with around 17 classes and about 38 teachers. The introduction of a school management assistant in cycle 1 for support is possible. Staff management is your responsibility.

At the same time, you will be relieved by the head of education in various higher-level areas, for example:

• the management of ePM,
• school development;
• public relations;
• community-related tasks.

Together with a dedicated, motivated and supportive school management team, you will implement the goals and measures of the educational strategy and the school program.
