Employee Service 50% - 60 %

Their tasks

• Is jointly responsible for a competent service in the guest area
• Residential and guest care
• Maintained food and drink services
• Creating the Mise en Place Equipment of the Buffet
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines
• Cleaning and refill work
• Assistance with catering and events
• Debt collection incl. End of day

Your profile

• Training for restaurant employee/restaurant employee EBA, service specialist/service specialist EFZ or some years of professional experience in an equivalent capacity
• Readiness for weekend assignments, events and catering
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoying multiple challenges

Good knowledge of German in words and writing
