Full description
What you do
- You will have the main responsibility for ordering all meals and beverages using the menu entry and ordering program
- You advise individually and competently and serve patients directly in the patient's room in compliance with the specified nutritional principles and patient wishes
- You will create the mise en place for all meals and beverage service
- You will independently manage the assigned department while ensuring the professional service process
- You will be jointly responsible for compliance with the HACCP guideline in the satellite kitchens in the departments
What sets you apart
- You have a high level of service as well as a skill and enjoyment in dealing with patients
- You have a high level of social skills, empathy, the ability to work in a team and an independent way of working
- Ideally, you have training in the hotel industry / housekeeping or have relevant professional experience
- You have a flair for IT systems (e.g. Sanalogic) and speak good German (at least C1)
- Performing weekend and holiday services is a matter of course for you
