Privatklinik Wyss AG is a leading specialist clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy. Special areas of expertise include the treatment of depression including burnout as well as anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders. The clinic offers its outpatient, daily clinical and inpatient services in the region of Bern, Münchenbuchsee and Biel and employs around 340 employees at all three locations. You focus on the individual physical movement abilities of the patients as well as their relation to their own body perception and contribute a significant part to recovery. Many of our physical, exercise and sports therapeutic offers are designed to be incorporated into people’s everyday lives and to achieve a health-promoting and preventive effect. The movement and body therapies belong to the special therapy service and form an integral part of the defined treatment programs. One offer for which we would like to continue is therapeutic climbing, which takes place twice a month. This is what your professional day looks like with us
- Implementation of movement and body therapies, primarily in group and individual setting at various departments and day clinic
- Group therapies include offers such as movement therapy, movement therapy somatics, walking, supervised training sessions and introductions in the gym
- Individual goal and topic agreement with patients as well as guidance in open offers incl. Selection of method for the defined offer
- Cooperation in the further development of the body and sports therapeutic offer
- Various administrative tasks (documentation and performance recording, etc.)
- Regular participation in interdisciplinary exchange vessels, e.g. interprofessional exchange, team meetings and fallup visions
- Completed basic training in the areas of sports or movement therapies incl. Training for the context of mental illness
- A specific industry certificate, association diploma or federal degree confirming the implementation of fitness instructions
- Experience dealing with people with mental illnesses or in challenging life situations
- PC user experience (Microsoft Office 365, KIS, PEP)
- Teamwork and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
- Degree HFP or Bachelor in Sports, Exercise and Health
- Completed safety course climbing
- Completed J+S Leadership Course Sports Climbing
