As an employee: in basic support, you relieve the burden on consultants by efficiently assuming administrative and processing tasks and ensure professionally competent support in the middle office – without your own customer contact and clearly focused on the optimization of processes and sales support.

What awaits you?

• Taking over of administrative and processing activities related to sales
• Competent contact for our customer advisors: inside
• Contact with external stakeholders (specialists such as authorities/KESB)
• Ensure data quality in customer administration
• Actively participate in various projects and projects

Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented processes in the areas of:

• Opening of business relationships with natural and legal persons, management of master data, ordering of debit and credit cards, insurance processing
• Process and manage inheritances and KESB business cases
• Prepare investment, reinvestment proposals and offer of fixed-term money, open custodian accounts and conduct stock exchange transactions without need for advice

What do you bring?

• Completed training as a businesswoman/merchant (bench of advantage)
• Basic support experience is beneficial
• Banking training or equivalent qualifications
• Strong service orientation, independence and flexibility
• Holistic entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork and high commitment
