Full description
As a member of the co-directorship, together with the two other co-directors, you actively, creatively and sustainably design Länggasse Cycle 2 with 450 students and 65 employees. In doing so, you take on responsibility, provide impulses and continue to develop the school as a team. As the new co-director, you assume the main responsibility for the location and manage the Grosse Schulhaus.
Tasks
- Together with a dedicated team, you will develop a future-oriented educational school and contribute current social, educational and school visions.
- You take over the controlling and develop the concept work at the location.
- You lead with clarity, esprit and empathy, provide orientation and manage to inspire employees for common goals – including responsibility for personnel management and difficult personnel situations.
- You assume budget and financial responsibility for the location.
- You are responsible for the administration and organization of the school, including the timetable, school room planning and infrastructure.
- You lead location and school conferences.
- Together with your team, you position the school convincingly and attractively – opposite the school commission, teachers, administrative offices and the district, and are the contact person for the school office and the inspectorate.
- You are responsible for student and parental concerns such as career decisions and child welfare.
Requirements
- You have an educational education, teaching experience and a proven track record in working with children of primary school age.
- You think strategically, recognize developments early on and have the initiative to initiate things and promote them sustainably.
- You have started or already completed a school management training or a comparable leadership training.
- You are a team player, have a viable network and have a good feeling for taking people with you and making a difference together.
- You approach people and meet them with interest and empathy.
- You appreciate the close cooperation on an equal footing with the two co-school leaders and take an active role.
- You enjoy a challenging environment and meet different cultures, perspectives and living environments with openness and interest.
