Tasks

As Co-Stv. You work closely with the company management and manage our production kitchen together with around 40 employees. In your function as chef:in and production manager:in you coordinate the daily operation around the production of approximately 12'500 meals per week for our major customers. Together with the Co-Stv. management, you ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business as well as various banquets. In addition, you are responsible for food purchase and the timely delivery of the produced food. In this versatile function, you take on joint responsibility for all professional, human and organizational tasks and are actively involved in the training and promotion of our learners.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as chef/chef EFZ or diet cook/chef EFZ
• Completed further training as chef/chef chef with federal law. Specialist card
• Professional and management experience in large kitchens
• Banquet and Catering Experience
• Team-oriented and initiative leader with high quality awareness
• Interest in modern planning, production and manufacturing methods
• Joy and enthusiasm in the profession and motivation to participate in the training of learners
• Category B driving licence
