Portrait The Nathalie Foundation’s curative day school supports and cares for children and adolescents with complex developmental disorders (multiple impairments, perceptual disorders and autism spectrum disorders). The offer comprises 17 classes spread over all 3 cycles.

In this role, you move the Nathalie Foundation’s curative day school into the future together with the previous head teacher and face the new challenges with the entire HPS team. They are jointly responsible for 72 children and young people and for an interdisciplinary team with about 85 employees.

Requirements

They are ready to

• Completed training in clinical or school curative education
• A wealth of experience working with children and adolescents with complex developmental disorders (multiple disabilities, perceptual organizational disorders and autism spectrum disorders)
• An in-depth training in one of our 3 pedagogical pillars (affolter, TEACCH or UK) or have the desire to do an education
• A DAS "leading school" or the willingness to acquire the certificate part-time
• A bouquet full of experience in leadership, school development and quality management or at least a few flowers of it
