• Welcome to our team!
• We are looking for an interim co-headmaster to temporarily complement our young, committed and helpful team.

As a partner school of PH Bern, the Belp secondary school includes 17 classes as well as a regional intensive course PLUS (RIK) for unaccompanied minor asylum seekers (UMA). Around 45 teachers teach around 350 students. In the seventh and eighth grades, teaching takes place in Model 3b, in the 9th grades in Model 4. From the time they enter the upper level, the students are gradually introduced to self-organized learning (SOL) in the learning studio. Additional remedial teaching (MR) and school social work are an integral part of our support offering. School events, excursions and camps are just as much a part of our program as projects as part of professional orientation.

Tasks

We are looking for people who will lead the OSZ on an interim basis with the existing co-headmaster from autumn 2026. Your job is to support where there is a fire, to process inquiries from parents, teachers and third parties, to carry out triage and to help ensure that the OSZ continues to run well administratively. You will also take responsibility for events and certain educational topics, after consultation with your co-job partner. Requirements

If possible, we are looking for an experienced manager with experience in the school who can step in from the 3rd week of the autumn holidays until further notice. It would be optimal for us to find a person who would like to work a workload of 60-90%.

The professional assignment corresponds to the cantonal requirements of LAG, LAV, LP21.
