Tasks: As a co-leader:in kitchen you take responsibility for the healthy, varied and age-appropriate meals of our residents, employees and external guests together with your co-leader. Together with a dedicated kitchen team of about 10 employees, you can run the company professionally and organizationally. You actively participate in production and contribute to the overall culinary experience. In this function, you work across the site in Belp and have the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of processes and offers. Your ideas and your courage to try something new are welcome. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth run in daily business. Compliance with the applicable hygiene and quality regulations is obvious to you. A varied and responsible leadership position with design playroom awaits you in a dynamic environment. • Completed training as cook / cook EFZ
• additional training diet cook:in with an idg certificate desired
• Course Professional:in an advantage or willingness to complete this
• Professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Efficient, careful operation with organisational skills
• Flexibility, resilience and readiness for weekends
