Tasks: • Support for the planning, organisation and implementation of the clinical trial • Submission of documents to the Ethics Committee (BASEC) and Swissmedic • Preparation and maintenance of study-relevant documents (e.g. Investigator Site File, Trial Master File, SOPs, QMS) • Monitoring regulatory compliance, ICH-GCP guidelines and study protocol • Data collection and maintenance in electronic study databases (eCRF) and data quality assurance • Close exchange with study centers, including regular center visits • Support and training of study teams • Initiation of study centres • Conduct of monitoring visits and documentation and tracking of deviations Requirements • Completed training in health care or natural sciences • Experience in clinical research (including Good Clinical Practice Certificate) • Interest in the topic • Initiative, reliability and organisational capacity • High quality awareness • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing • Experienced handling of MS-Office and databases (e.g. REDCap, SecuTrial) • Good teamwork skills and good communication skills We offer: Regulated working hours with good work-life balance
