- You support the clinic management in the operational and strategic management of the clinic and actively participate in organizational and business issues
- You will analyze and optimize processes and interfaces and develop efficient and future-oriented solutions together with the teams involved
- You contribute to budget, forecast, controlling and reporting and create a sound basis for decision-making with meaningful analyses
- You take responsibility for interdisciplinary projects as well as transformation and organizational development processes and accompany them from the idea to implementation
- You actively participate in the cooperation within the clinic and with central areas such as IT, HR and finance, ensure a good flow of information and support the clinic management in the preparation and follow-up and coordination of important topics and meetings Requirements
- You have a university degree (FH/university) in health management, health economics, business administration or a comparable discipline
- You bring several years of professional experience in the health care sector, preferably in an acute hospital, as well as experience in business management and organizational development
- You think strategically and analytically, safely deal with key figures, budget and controlling instruments and understand how to derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
- You bring experience in project and change management
- You are organizationally strong, communication-secure and networked thinking and manage to bring together different perspectives and interests and successfully drive change
