- As a client advisor for companies, you provide comprehensive support to SMEs and other business clients in the areas of business insurance, liability, personal insurance and special insurance.
- You analyse operational risks, develop tailored insurance solutions and assist your customers in the long term as a competent contact person.
- You have a solid training or university curriculum as well as several years of extensive experience in the insurance sector, ideally in the field of corporate customers.
- You act in an entrepreneurial way, show initiative and take pleasure in contributing actively to the development of the business sector at the General Agency of Vevey, while collaborating with various internal and external interlocutors.
Main responsibilities
- As a client advisor for companies, you provide comprehensive support to SMEs and other business clients in the areas of business insurance, liability, personal insurance and special insurance.
- You analyse operational risks, develop tailored insurance solutions and assist your customers in the long term as a competent contact person.
- You perform in-depth risk analysis with existing and potential business customers, develop customized insurance concepts and ensure sustainable coverage of operational risks.
- You will get the customer market started, get the potentials and acquires of new customers in a targeted way.
- You implement market development strategies defined and systematically develop your customer portfolio.
- You actively maintain existing relationships, build long-term partnerships and position yourself as a reliable contact point for all insurance issues in the business field.
- You work closely with subscription, claims management and internal experts to ensure your customers optimal solutions and high quality service.
Key requirements
- You have a solid training or university curriculum as well as several years of extensive experience in the insurance sector, ideally in the field of corporate customers.
- You act in an entrepreneurial way, show initiative and take pleasure in contributing actively to the development of the business sector at the General Agency of Vevey, while collaborating with various internal and external interlocutors.
- You are an excellent communicator or an excellent communicator and you know how to transmit complex subjects in a clear, understandable and convincing way.
- You have a keen sense of numbers, you think in a cross-cutting and analytical way and you demonstrate a great capacity for organisation and planning.
