Role overview

• Monitor and control quality assurance measures in the application of legal requirements (compulsory military service, control systems, status changes) in the area of personnel in the army (Pers A) and in the army's personnel information system (PISA).

• Control and process material contributions in the development and updating of the legal basis.

• Issue and implement guidelines for the application of the law (templates, forms, text modules) as well as instructions regarding the legal scope for action and the standards in administrative law.

• Internal and external bodies in handling and interpretation of military law
• Process data protection requests and cooperate with requests for access to official documents in accordance with the Public Information Act
• Process inquiries and requests from dual citizens for exemption from compulsory military service as well as voluntary military service registrations from Swiss citizens abroad
• Advanced basic commercial training (BMS)
• Knowledge of military law and experience in (military) administration desired
• Experience in quality management and quality assurance
• Basic editorial knowledge, Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
• Military training, ideally a senior non-commissioned officer or officer in the Swiss Army is an advantage
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
