Company and context
- You independently and promptly carry out the versatile organizational and administrative activities, as well as the planning and appointment coordination of the chief physician.
- They lead and lead the team of the secretariat and are responsible for the planning and organization of the entire orthopaedic consultation hour but also for the holiday planning and time reporting of the employees.
- They handle the medical correspondence of the chief physician and ensure the smooth procedure for admission and exit of assistant doctors and sub-assistants.
- You are a competent contact person for patients, referees and other internal and external partners.
