Role overview
- Conduct the Social Service of the Army (SDA) in organizational, financial and personnel terms
- Implement the quality requirements as well as determine and plan future tasks of the SDA and develop concepts, foundations and guidelines for the benefit of members of the army (AdA).
- Implement social and financial policies, keep and monitor accounting and earmarked financial resources
- Planning the recruitment of militia social workers and promoting their education and training
- Elaborate periodic reports and report on the SDA in military courses and civilian reports
- conduct negotiations with military and civilian authorities and advise commanders on social matters
- University degree (Master or EMBA, e.g. in social work, social sciences, sociology) with functionally relevant professional experience
- Experience within the administration in the area of finance and controlling, good knowledge in financial accounting advantageous
- Strong self- and social competence, interest and flair in dealing with command posts
- Good communication and team skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
