- Leading a team of around ten employees, ensuring a balanced utilization rate and specifically promoting and demanding employees
- Responsibility for the professional planning "quantity, time, personnel and resources"
- Responsible for the implementation, coordination, optimization and control of freight forwarding in the entire army pharmacy
- Actively support our own team in day-to-day business and ensure smooth running of the warehouse processes
- Ensure the proper storage management independently, taking into account economic criteria (specialist inspections, safety audit, ISO audit)
- Participate in projects, operational tests and process optimizations as well as coordinate maintenance and maintenance work

- Technical or commercial vocational training completed
- Training as a logistics specialist or equivalent with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Several years of management experience with high social skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented working methods, analytical and conceptual thinking
- Comprehensive MS Office, SAP and TMS skills, readiness to carry a service weapon
- Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
