Overall responsibility with effect: You are responsible for finance & controlling, hotel industry, marketing & communication, technical service and ICT. You will ensure the sustainable financial management and organisational further development of the clinic. You ensure that structures carry, processes work and resources are used in a meaningful way - with the aim of developing the clinic economically stable and organizationally sustainable. Leadership at eye level: As a member of the clinic management, you are one of the responsibilities that create framework conditions in which value-oriented and professional work is possible. You are close to your areas and employees. Strategy and further development: You actively engage in strategic issues and continuously develop financial and operational structures. You think networked, solution-oriented and with a long-term perspective.

Requirements

Experience and expertise: You have a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on corporate finance or comparable training. In addition, you bring multi-year professional and leadership experience into complex organizations. Experiences in health are of advantage. Passion: You convince by your active, shaping and entrepreneurial attitude. Your passion for your areas of responsibility is visible in your high communication and social competence.
