- University degree or higher Commercial training with several years of experience in finance and controlling
- Practice in the public finance and budgeting environment is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of financial accounting, cost and performance accounting as well as SAP (FI, CO, PSM)
- Analytical, networked and business management thinking combined with an independent way of working
- Enjoyment of preparing complex issues in a solution-oriented and addressee-friendly manner
- Good active knowledge of a second official language
