• Guarantee year-round operation of the army kitchen
• Ensure the deputy of the head of the army kitchen
• Co-responsible for the catering of up to 3000 members of the army and with the team be able to pre-produce meals and dishes for special diets, which are completed in troop and/or satellite kitchens
• Overall accounting responsibility
• Coordinate the bid planning, take responsibility for purchasing and ensure the billing and portion exchange of the army kitchen
• Responsible for implementing the legal requirements and the specialist regulations
• Chef/chef (fed. fa) with several years of professional experience (sous-chef/fe or chef/in if possible in the collective gastronomy)
• Financial and accounting experience
• Military training of advantage (quartermaster/four)
• Experience in learning and adult education
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
• Category B driving licence
