Role overview

The Swiss Epilepsy Foundation (EPI) is a multi-spart company.

It comprises the EPI WohnWerk, the EPI Hospital School, the Lengg High School, the Dapples gift, a seminar centre with a restaurant and the EPI Central Services.

In addition, the Swiss Epilepsy Foundation and another foundation form the sponsoring body of Klinik Lengg AG, a clinic for epileptology and neurorehabilitation.

Main responsibilities

  • Preparation of hot and cold meals for patients, residents, for events and the restaurant EPI Park Cooperation in the catering service
  • Preparation of meals for events and foundation meals
  • Delivery of lunch menus in the restaurant EPI Park Compliance with the HA 152 regulations
  • Occasional operations on large occasions such as banquets and buffets Requirements
  • Completed training as chef/cooker EFZ as well as diet cooking training of advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position as well as in a large kitchen, of advantage in the health care
  • Professional experience in the preparation of cold and warm food Very good German knowledge Clean, exact and speditive working method
